It's been a while. A long while. The last time I dropped a podcast was in November. But it's sooooo good to be back. Updates and current events in this episode plus some nuggets of life lessons I've learned since last time we talked.
I'm incredibly blessed to be typing this description from Park City, Utah where I'm residing for a bit. Life has been a blessing this year.

Today we have Amy Goober on the show. I had the pleasure of hearing her story of creating her own business from the ground up. No social media, no cell phones, no internet. Just improvisation, a can-do attitude with the addition of her ability to pivot, led her to where she is today. Truly an inspiring story. "Perfect is the enemy of done"

FINALLY! Been wanting to get this one out for a while. My guy Dr. Darian Parker host of the Dr. D's Social Network podcast, master networker and conversationalist is HERE! It's always a pleasure talking to this guy. We hear his story of shaping his life the way he wanted changing something many would think would NOT be changeable... We also get into some political talk and accountability on the internet. We ALL know people say some wild things on the internet, but never to someone's face. Tune in!

Especially nowadays, it's so tough to find the positive in negative situations. But with practice and intentional thought processes, it can be done. During my vacation, not one but TWO times my flight was delayed over an hour due to some tire issues with the plane. The second time, the delay caused me to miss my connecting flight home forcing me to stay in another city for a night. I laughed through most of the experience and found a lot of positive in it. I'll show you how I did it!

Feels good to post another interview! Been a minute but we have an inspiring guest with an incredible story. So many turns and pivots, but the process led Ellie Sarmadi exactly where she needed to be in leading a revolutionary wellness based community through UBQFit. Ellie and I also got into some really interesting conversation about self-awareness and looking within for the answer of where to go in life! Some really cool stuff in this episode.

Another solo coming at you! Your nervous system is INCREDIBLY powerful and through it you can RADICALLY change your life. That's what Flobility does for some time in the beginning: attacks the nervous system. In this episode I explain, from what I know, how Flobility was created and what it means! If you've been confused about what Flobility is, this podcast is for you! These 30 minutes went by SO fast. Felt like I was recording for 5 minutes. WILD!

Another solo episode speaking about how being part of a community and starting a movement changed my life! Flobility is slowly making ripple effects around the world and our tribe is growing. And it's growing real fast. Such an exciting time to be alive.

In this solo episode I give you some updates on Flobility and my evolving roll within the team. Some pretty exciting things going on! I also jump into some mental gains I've run into the past few months. I started reading The Big Leap by Gay Hendricks (FINALLY) and am seeing so many patterns in my life confirmed by the subconscious limitations I place upon myself. What's CRAZY is that you don't want to feel good for too long.
You get scared saying things like "this can't be real" or "this won't last". Even if you don't say those things out loud, your behavior and "yes" and "no" responses match it. It's crazy to think about...
